Our Policy
ON THE DAY OF YOUR APPOINTMENT: First-time clients visiting the salon will receive an email confirming an appointment. Please arrive on time to ensure sufficient time to receive your full service. If you are running late, we will do everything we can to accommodate you. However, if you are excessively late (more than 10 minutes), please keep in mind that we will have to reschedule your appointment.
CANCELLATIONS: Should a cancellation or date change be necessary, we request a minimum of 24 hour notice. No call, no show is a $70 fee.
GRATUITIES: Tipping is left to the discretion of our clients.
PLEASE NOTE: NO CHILDREN ALLOWED UNLESS THEY ARE GETTING ONE OF OUR SERVICES.
